Samsung android stops audio on 3.5mm disconnect, how to disable?

Git a sammy galaxy ace 1 and every time i disconnect the headphone connector it stops the audio or video playing. Anyone know how to disable it. Its not rooted yet either

My galaxy nexus does it. To me it's helpful as I mostly listen to shit music lol

Its a feature that's standard with all android phones, although there could be an app which could bypass it...

Out of curiosity why would you need it to keep playing?

Even my superior iPhone will stop playback on disconnection of the jack.

kyle, this is the scenario. normally at work if i want to play music off my phone its via the stereo in the 'mechanics unit' using the aux in, i get called over to do something in another of the units of the yard and will unplug the lead and plug in headphones. most of the time i'm playing streaming radio which is a pain as i have to reconnect/re buffer the stream which can take a while and is annoying especially if i'm in the flow of the mix
