Door locks are easy. whip the door card off and holding the lock in is a metal c shape plate. Pull this out with a pair of pliers and the lock will just pop out.
Ignition barrel is a bit fiddly. You have to take a small screw out then push in a tab on the bottom of the barrel as you turn the key from off to first position.
