I have got a 306 hdi estate
There is a slight knock coming from drivers side sounds like top mount but when i put my foot down and let off it knocks then aswell
Help people

well when you plant your foot the bottom of the engine is wanting to move towards the bulkhead, if you get a knock when you put your boot down i would say its an engine mount!
BUT french being french is likely to be the least obvious thing lol

Sounds like engine mount. Will be the engine rocking as its poorly held

Mine does this but I know my track rod ends have play as do my lower arms, so im counting on it being those lol

Oh ryt i just had tracking done so they would of saw if they were worn yea?

Engine mounts are easy. Sure they is a couple of guides somewhere

I have a double knock on acceleration and I'm thinking its the engine mount so going to try and get them swapped over the weekend if I can as I have a set of baker mounts sat in my parts store so
It's fingers crossed.
