Hi there my girlfreind has a 1.6 ph3 meridian and it has a stutter between 2-3.5k rpm does anyone know what this could be? it passed an mot about a month ago with this problem and dosent happen all the time. does anyone have any ideas?

Spark plugs/coilpack would be my guess

i have put a bottle of petrol magic and have had a look at the spark plugs my next step was coil pack but i didnt realy want to by things if i wasnt sure lol.
