Can Anyone in Devon preferably near plymouth or a little way into Cornwall lower my torsion bar please :-( as I've got coilovers just sat here ready to go on don't want to pay 40 quid an hour labour and I'm too much of a pussy to attempt it myself :-( any help would be appreciated !!!!

No garentee he will be avalible to do it but would be worth asking darren as hes in corwall and very good with anything 306/derv

well the worse you can do really is snap a bolt off in the end of the torsion bar and 9x out of 10 you can get the bolt out lol

Yeah that's my worry if I sheere a bolt :-( looks pretty seized to me but It could just be years of grime that needs cleaning off / penetrating

what mileage and year is yours ? they prob will be pretty seized in there, some good penetration oil and a wire brush on a drill normally helps

It's just turned 122k but don't know what the axel has done as its off a gti6
