How much would you value it at?
#1
Hi everyone. I am coconsidering getting rid of my 306 as I am getting a new job soon and will most likely be travelling long distances.

There are photos in my projet thread on here.

Specs.

306 hdi 2.0
Stage 1+ map dyno'ed twice in different places 133hp
Full 2.5 stainless steel exhaust from turbo back
Derv Developments oil catch tank
076 injectors second hand
Serviced every 6k for last 24k. Tonnes of recipts
93k miles there abouts

Recently had;
- Bilstein b4 front and rear shocks
- eibach front lowering springs
- full trw track rods, lower wish bones, lower ball joints.
- both front wheel bearings SKF about 8k miles ago
- bosch rear brake pads
- All discs are good.
- new clutch about 25k miles ago
- genuine simens MAF sensor

Good Bits
- Really nippy to drive. Pulls brilliantly and really can shift when driven well.
- 50+ Mpg consistently
- Paint in good condition. Few little stone chips nothing too bad. Some bits touched up by me with matched paint very slightly noticeable. Shines up well though.
- huge amount of various recipts
- cam belt done at arounder 38k I think. Might need doing within the next 15k or so I'd think.
- exhaust sounds brilliant when going for it.
- cyclones in good condition few paint chips will probably be tidied up a little before selling.
- Gearbox oil changed not long ago + brake fluid

Bad bits
- Probably will need a rear beam. Doesn't seem to have got any worse since I have had it
- steering a little wooly. Been told it's probably tie rods but haven't looked into it much.
- slight rumbling noise. Been there for last 30k and hasn't ever got worse. Can't find out what it is even with various garages inspecting.

What you reckon guys? Engine is in fantastic condition. With a rear beam and intercooler + map it would be a fantastic car to drive but I don't have the tools or space to undertake those tasks and I need to think about getting a more moden mile muncher that's quiet and has cruise control etc.

Slight rumbling noise is probably the tie-rods, they're not expensive to fix. I reckon that would easily be worth a grand to the right buyer, if you're willing to be patient with the sale. Don't wait for someone on here to buy it either, you'll be there for years.
