Crackling Noise

Big Grin
Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum,

have pug 306 1997 sedan, recently it has developed a cracking / rattling sound while accelerating and steering left,

Can it be exhaust (it had several repairs due to falling off after being ridden over a "small" hill  Confused )? or is it a CV joint or top mounts? it's happening on lower speeds..

Thanks for help!  Sleepy

Sounds very much like a CV joint, you should be able to provoke it by turning onto full lock and gently accelerating.
