Sent the squaw to the local motorfactors today for a new ball joint.
Yer man threw her a curve ball after she'd given him all the relevant,
(1999 306 HDi on a "V" plate)he said is it 16mm or 18mm diameter?
He meant the shaft that goes into the hub.
What do folkses think?will it be 16 or 18?
Just incase you didn't read the relevant,it's a 1999 HDi DTurbo on a "V" plate
with power steering.

Well, she went back Tuesday and a different guy served her.
He asked the registration of the car, checked it and gave her the
balljoint for it.
I measured it when I got home,16mm.
Went to fit it this evening, measured the old one before taking it off the arm
and guess what,yep,it's an 18mm!!!
Fookin General Traffic,their computer's wrong.
