Been trying to find them on Ebay with no luck at all. All I can find are covers, covers, aaand covers.
Anyone handy finding it for me? Oh and can I fit any 306 5-door seat in my car? (1.8L 16v, 5 door XT-trim Phase 2).

Car breaker is your best bet and yes any phase 2 5 dr interior will fit your phase2, just make sure the wires under the front seats are correct for airbags!

Normally half leathers end up getting scrapped or sold for a few quid
