Gsxr T-B's + Cut Down 16V Xu Inlet
#1
Can't see me using these any time soon, so they must go!

GSXR 750/1000 individual bodies already spaced to suit the 16v XU inlet manifold, I bought the inlet already done, its had tubes welded on to suit silicone joiners, I also have a lump of alloy which could be welded on and have ports added to bolt the bodies on properly as done by Satchell engineering.

I take it the next steps would be:

Join inlet to TBs with silicone joiners or by welding on alloy with bolt holes or something for TBs
Adapt throttle linkage?
Fit TPS in place of bike TPS
Plenum for ICV and MAP?
Fit std. fuel rail and injectors
Fit and get Std. ECU mapped by wayne

Anything wrong/missed out?

Thanks

not too far off -

no need to replace the bike tps.

no need for a plenum or icv.

you'd need trumpets, there's a few guys doing suitable ones, Satchell engineering probably best as they are known to perform, and also can have the filter backplate bolted to them,

I see, you can use the standard ECU and map out the ICV and use the bike TPS to provide readings?
Then use standard loom and change plug to connect to bike TPS and leave redundant sensors unplugged? What aobut MAP?

Oh yeah, forgot about trumpets and filter.
