remove front wishbone bush

I've got some powerflex  bushes coming, and thought  I'd read a thread on  here about how to remove the front bush, can't find it now though?

There is a better way than burning them out right? Any good pics on where to hacksaw and what to press?
Not the bush by the way, the front bush/insert.

I singed the outer tube to loosen the rubber, then sawed/pulled the rubber of, then ground one side of the inner tube until I could remove it easily.

Getting the new bits in place required a bit more, class...

Hacksaw through it. Then hammer.
Fire is proven though
