Hi, 306 hdi has major camber on a rear wheel, the tyre is not far off touching the inner rear bodywork so obviously the beam needs replacement. Couple of qustions : is it safe to use in the short term as it's my only motor ?, would an estate beam be the same fitment as thats all I can find locally second hand ?

What year is the replacement and what year is the car?
They will fit just minor differences as long as they're both disc beams

as paul has said phase 1-2 have different mounting rear arms to phase 3 but most things should be the same.
