What are the best spark plugs to fit to a 1.8 16v? I've got Bosch super +8 single points in atm. I did try some twin ngk plugs and it ran like shite! And they recommend not to touch the clearance on multi point plugs. Or can you? I did put in super 4s but got told they would burn a hole in my piston, which I thought was unlikely, but I still took em out lol

Maybe just get some from Peugeot and don't worry about it.
You'll gain feck all anyway and no danger of a nasty piston hole

standard ngk BKR6EZ or K's will do the job, cheap trouble free and plentiful.
indeed pretty much all plugs these days are pre gapped in production and should not be re-gapped as you risk breaking the earth electrodes off.

Everyone favours NGK at the end of the day..... A plug is a plug.... But I prefer Denso, I've always used them in all cars and bikes
