new year new opportunities

Shocked
Well the last year of work has taught me very valuable lessons!
In that no matter how nice some one is to your face they will stab you in the back given half a chance.

So towards the end of the year I updated my cv and uploaded to the jobs websites, shortly before Christmas I got an email late at night about a job, exchanged a few emails arranged an interview and the. Attended the interview.

Just after Christmas I was offered the job, it's more hours than I work now and includes Saturday but I get a day off in the week, so more car time with out the wife / kids to hinder me.

It's a totally different job to what I do now as I'll be moving in to car sales, rewards areal most endless if I put the work, targets are low but achievable

So come the start of feb I'll be earning considerably more money and hopefully be far happier in my work

Yes there is on of those on the fleet I can use

And no not stabbed in the back yet, pissed a few of the salesmen off that I work with now as I'm on more commission and better basic than people doing the job for ten years

Well day two in the new job and things are going well.

Plenty of opportunity to make some good money which is nice

Just got lots of products to learn first

Didn't get a shogun but did drive the outlander phew, very nice for hybrid with some quirky features

I have got one of these to drive though

Things are going well, already outselling a salesmen who has been in the job 30 years

Got lots of training to do as I'm already been lines up for a move up the managerial ladder

Hours are long, wife isn't happy but likes the extra money im earning

Yeah I am

Putting lots of hours in at the moment including giving up days off to work unpaid for Isuzu at shows, but hoping to get a few orders off the back of the shows
