Depends if it was with the post or a courier? And no duty or tax.

I was a Ecu immobiliser set so im guessing it was sent via a courier, its coming from cork to scotland(adds an extra day)

You would need to ask the seller then, could be anything up to 5 days if they picked a slow service.
