OM605 Tuning
#1
Anyone have any experience tuning the OM605?

It's a '97 model, so the W202 C250 TD variant, electronic bosch.

Didn't know where to stick this but it's pretty much an XUD right? Blush

Funnily enough I do...

Have you seen our posts on www.nosmokenopoke.com - we have one as a long term daily, running about 200hp at the moment.

We've got designs on sticking a big wastegate turbo on, and mechanical pump with big elements.

I used to have one too. Never tuned it but looked into it. Basically De cat, and remap will net nice gains. If you plan on using Veg plan on changing the fuel system o rings for Viton and delivery valve seals. Also the saddle tank will need to be linked with an additional pipe.

All covered on the net so plenty of info about. They are nice even standard Smile
