Need to get some front struts for the mrs 206 due to one leaking.

Anyone know if the 'dturbo' ones were different/better??

And anyone know if the 306 brakes fit the 206? They are 247s and Im thinking of wacking on some 266s

Aren't 266's the same as the 206 gti brakes?

the "dturbo" ones are meant to be slightly lower and stiffer or at least my old 2p6 dturbo was lower than the pov spec hdi ect

Nah the gti ones are 287 but with a bosch caliper which is lighter and has a smaller 54mm piston.

Just get gti struts, rear beam and front arb. Main problem with Base model 206 is they handle like a bucket of wallpaper paste basically.

There's enough people breaking gti's these days to pick up a full set of running gear cheap, absolutely transforms the car tbh

Just picked up a lowered gti beam, struts with lowering springs and front arb for £100 ready for a 1.6 to gti conversion I'm doing on a friends 206
