Hi everyone

As a 406 owner of many years, now on my 4th, I've just purchased a 306 1.8 petrol as a smaller car for the wife. And very impressed with it I am to.

welcome to the club, get some pics of your car up and feel free to start a project thread, have a good look around, lots of great info on here and enjoy the car, if it's the 16v 1.8 engine then it's a good engine better than the 1.4.1.6 and 2.0 xsi versions really . . .Smile

Welcome Smile
1.8 16v is a fantastic engine with the only real weak points being the ECU and oil control however i think most people who have had oil control issues have modified theirs and because the ECU is so bad for anything other than strictly standard, it over or under fuels doing damage.
