S16 inlet manifold

currently having issues with my inlet, it seems to not be opening up till 4-5000 rpm where as it used to open at 1500-2000, and i have no idea how this system works or had much luck finding a new manifold, can any1 help me ?

Should be a guide I wrote some where on here that tells you how to diagnose it.

It was but some one with access to it copied it over to me.
In fact I have it in my pms When I get on a pc ill copy and paste it here
