Hi all some of you know that I picked up a 5 door hdi a few days ago. payee a bit more then I normally would, only due to the fact it already had a few nice modifications on it! Anyway the picture from the advert.

Looked ok, So I got her home a day late at around half 6. She only lived up the road a short walking distance, but to my amazement I've never seen her on the road before!

So the next day come.

sprayed the bonnet badge satin black. Fitted a set of flexi window wipers. Fitted a set of aftermarket side repeaters. Then smoked the rear lights. A set of mist jets but most importantly got rid of the bonnet spacers!!

Update in 10 Big Grin

So today me and the brother spend 4 hours detailing the car! Most the car got wet sanded with 1500 then polished with two coats od wax to finish her off. Some pictures Smile

There growing on me slowly . They come up nice with a polish and wax!

Just blanked off the egr! Which makes me wonder if it ever had a stage 1. I may be getting my self a fmic next week! Got a boost gauge with fuel pressure gauge coming in the post! I want her to be putting out a good 170 on a stage 2 map.

Its ok got a few problems, one been the clutch cable the other been how stupidly low it is. But the main problem is vibration on low rpm, doing my head in. Will need to look at the condition of the drive shaft the weekend.

Yeah I know mate, I spent about 2 days on a Ford Focus and it looked MINT by the time I had finished, spent 1 day 4 hours on a 1.1 106 R Reg and it looked brand new all I done was wash, wax and plastic shine stuff done, lol!

I'll probs be driving as I gotta come from Sheffield to my mums (where I live in Darlaston) then drive there so probs be about a 3 hour 30 minute drive) gonna clean the car first so it's "okay" for when it gets there, lol!
