The bottom of mine is a bodge, comes from the black pipe to the drivers side, under the cross member and up to the intercooler.

I plan on making it a 'twin pass' sort of set up with a long piece of straight pipe coming back over the top of the intercooler and both coming into the bay at the passenger side in future though.

Hope that helps Smile That car was rapid, the cooler was the biggest we could get in there without bits sticking out the bumper.

Weird.. displays fine in your reply on my screen? They're attachments already on here.. I'll see if I've got them on photobucket

Uploaded them to photobucket

Uses a 406 HDi 110 top rubber pipe to keep it looking OEM, also retains the stock airbox (Removed in this pic as i was changing the rad)

[Image: IMAG0307.jpg][/URL]

Rad removed, but both pipes (2.25") fit perfectly round that side

You'll have to use a tight 90 degree bend for the outlet on the drivers side if you want to keep your fog lights, it fouled the fog on ours so rallye blanks were used instead.. Or you could just mount the cooler closer to the passenger side, but we wanted it be central through the bumper grille

Aye I know what you mean cause it comes up, ill get the bumper off and get a good look in first, my AC pump is coming off too so thats another option

Anyone got any pictures of how they routed it underneath using the 406/c5 pipe?

What's the best car to get the bottom pipe off? As it's the only part I'm still to get

the C5 110 HDi pipe is a much better design, but requires a long legged 41mm 90 degree bend to fit to the turbo

Other options?

406 HDi 110 pipe.. that's it really, but it's an insanely small tight 90 degree bend directly onto the turbo, probably only an inch wide if that..
