The 205 is playing up with flat battery issues again and I expect the 190k alternator has had it. I've found an xu10 one in the garage which should fit, but can anyone tell me if there's any difference between the alternators on 306s and if that'll be ok on the 205

Afaik as long as it fits, drash on
 It's not like the 205 has a sensitive electrical system anyway. Welding and fabrication projects undertaken, contact me for more information.

check offset...
I went through 5 to find one to fit the xud Wishes for more power...

I do have a spare one but plan to keep it as I've already had to replace one myself!
Fairly certain mine was off a 205 GTi. Always the 205 forum you could check on?
