There's a lot of padding in it mate, that's a rough sizing. You're more than welcome to try it on seeing as you're so close

Don't know exactly, but it's somewhere nearer 65 lol.

I can comfortably wear my dad's XXL bike helmet without adjustment, so... Yeah lol.
