		Hi all.
I'm stuck as my car, after the Bosch conversion is really rough on a cold start. I've changed the lines and changed the injectors as I thought this may be the issue as i think it's air getting in the system over night. When it's warm it's fine. 100%. I don't run veg and the glow plugs are new(ish) I've got a hybrid turbo to go on but don't want to till this fuelling is sorted out. Any ideas chaps?
PC.

Could be the timing is slightly out on the pump or perhaps your glow plugs aren't all working?

Timing won't be out to cause this while cold besides a conversion that I'v done will never leave me unless the timing is spot on.

Did you ever use the grenade before? When we did the conversion may have upset the one way valve to which fuel can be draining back down the line in between long start up times

		Check/seal the common places:
Fuel filter housing lid - remove lid, clean with carb spray and apply silicone sealent to join
Fuel filter housing base - can get replacement O-rings for em
Fuel filter housing stat - the little white X in the bottom corner, the seals around the stat can go and leak air in - clean it up and goo the shit out of it.
Fuel priming grenade - rubber can perish and split and the OWV can go - replace it.
If you have a piece of clear fuel pipe between the filter housing and the pump you can see air bubbles entering the system if the problem is before the pump.

If you're leaking it will be post-grenade and will be enough to visually see if you're not priming at all..
