I've now decided 20vt's in mk2 are wank, so i'm looking for another ABF doner to throttle body.

No Stu, you never put a 20vT in a Mk2 so you're not allowed to pass judgement on that...

Also didn't know ABFs had doner kebabs in their throttle bodies... They could be a donor though...

Awesome. Looks like a fun project. I'm really craving another mk2 project, but must finish one first. I was looking to do the 1.8T conversion too, why have you decided against it?

Will be keeping an eye on this Smile

I'm an N/A guy I'm afraid, i drove a tuned 1.8T and wasn't impressed, it's diesel type power curve just isn't me.

If i do go down the line of boost, it'll be the ABF.

Fair play, I get what you mean. I still think it'd be pretty awesome lol

But it is a different sort of experience, bodies sounds like it'd be better for your build with the ring it's neck screaming sort of experience...
