I wouldnt be surprised if that rally car had fully independent double wishbone rear suspension.

beams are good but not for quick change setups or when one corner needs repair.
Wishes for more power...

His point is that it had a beam axle as opposed to wheels/hubs mounted to a wishbone setup...

The Maxi beam is a very different thing, Take a look on Peugeot Sport site, and price it up, same for the front and unlike the Dimma's which are done cheaply for the track

My point was that it's still got a torsion beam, else they couldn't have classed it as a 306
