With Morettes and new 'super light' 17" wheels. 6.9kgs each

   

Engine in, just working out how much of the chassis/slam panel I'm going to need to cut for the cooler pipes from the 309!

   

Lightened fly off CJ fitted too. 7.6kg to 6kg

Car also now has a ph3 hdi dturbo interior, gti6 master cylinder, dished suede wheel, and pillar mounted gauges and some uprated gear linkages .

Current spec is

XUD9TE DHY Block
Fully rebuilt including oversized pistons, uprated con rods, fully balanced.
New head with victor reinz gasket
Lightened Flywheel
CG Motorsport 4 paddle unsprung clutch.
HDi box with uprated linkages and short shift
11mm JA Hybrid Bosch Injection
TurboDynamics T25 Hybrid Turbo
Stainless straight through exhaust
Baker BM rear engine mount
Soon to be FMIC with custom tig welded 2 1/4 pipes
Gti6 rear axle with uprated shocks
Uprated front shocks with lowered springs
Gti6 brakes front and rear with 23mm gti6 master cylinder

Only the lower rpms when cruising

To be honest I'm not a fan of the hdi box, seems to have made it a bit sluggish. Going 6 box I think

Ahh fair enough, '6 box seems to be the way forward, don't know if I could deal with the car screaming at me at cruising speeds
