Would of only cost £25 to camp on site and that would include show tickets.

bet we have a better time camping off site tbh, security would be a drag i'm guessing . .Smile

Exactly. It's a bloody nice site, we aren't crammed in like all the lot at Fcs camping, there is no limit to when we can arrive and leave and go as we wish. Ok it's a bit pricy but as I said, don't like it. Go and camp on your own at th show. We put a load of effort into finding a suitable site, probably more than you lot think and this really was the best we could find.

Sorry I just think paying to park is redicolous after youve paid to camp. Works out a very expensive weekend then.

Right so you have two options. Stop whining and pay it or go somewhere else. It's not our decision that there is only limited parking. The site is now almost fully booked so its very difficult for them to find space for 60 cars in a full campsite plus other campers. They are using up some other plots for our additional parking so of course they are not going to give them out for free.

Sorry to start getting shitty but I don't see why you feel the need to just whine about it. It's not our choice. What do you want me to do? Just create more land for parking? Alternatively, you can park flu d the corner in the road for for free.....but then I suppose it will be my fault when someone hits your parked car yeah?

Sorry but how is £30 for a weekend too expensive? I would understand if they were asking £150 per night for a lovely hotel with a spa and sauna, but it's a bloody campsite and that's about as cheap as you'll get them in that area.... There is 1 even 2 paydays left before fcs I'm sure you can put by 30 quid

Well funnily enough they are camping at th same site I think. They only have 10 on their list so don't think they have issues with parking not to mention the fact they are not in the meadow so can actually park their cars next to their tents.

Well we really dont have any choice. As i said, i dont think you quite understand the amount of effort that goes into arranging these shows. We got turned down by FCS them selves because they couldn't find space for us so our only option was to get a separate site. This was basically the last one within a 30 mile radius that would have us. They are giving up pitches that they could sell to other people so we can park so i dont think its stupid at all. Not ideal but not stupid. And considering its a touristy area, a very nice, very well equipped site, i think the charges are quite reasonable.

Right....

Its 16 miles away from CC however its all A road so should be very quick on a saturday and sunday morning.

Its 10pppn and 5pcpn so if its just you in your car for both nights, its £30. If its you and a friend in your car for both nights, its £50.

Payment is made directly to the club via paypal. Address is payments@306oc.co.uk and it must be paid by gift. We are not making any profit here so if you send us the fees to pay, the club is loosing out and we will chase you for the remaining money.
On the payment notes, we need your name(s) contact number and reg number.

Latest is 1st of July as we need to get the remainder of money to them very shortly after that. If your dad is coming, i would advise he books his own pitch through the campsite as they have dedicated areas for campers. He wont get the camper over with all of our tents as we are in a secluded field separated by a river and the only access is a foot bridge.
