Just wondered if anyone knows the Peugeot part number for HDi rod big end shells?

You can get Glyco bearings on ebay 40 odd quid if i remember, not what you asked but every little helps ay :p

My mate has got some new 1s and we are not sure if there the right 1s though they look the same.

Got some shells sorted.

Just wondering if anyone knows which way the caps go on the bottom of the rods. Does the notch on the rod and cap go the same side or opposite side?

Gonna get a pic of frosty
The notches go into indents on the end caps and then put them opposite
Ends so they go up on to flats on the bottom part and top of rod this makes it so they don't slip or spin its quite hard to explane with out it in me hands if you know what I mean

second picture the shells have the same marks and when there placed oposite the shells cant spin in the caps

the outside of the rods has writing on one side across the two parts IIRC, line the writing up with itself
