		maybe one of the door seals is fooked or something?

		Yes, i have a sunroof but its not from there, well it can't be as its only after removing the dash (to change the heater matrix).

		Check you've put the cover over the blower intake back on properly, under the passenger side scuttle panel.
I didn't put it back on properly once after messing about with it and ended up with a puddle in the foot well!
