you can also do it with the water bottle in - on my phase 1 i could reach up - prepare for dead arms also!!
Just get a torch up, you can see it up there

also worth a mention..
If the bumper has never been off before, you may find the nuts that hold it to the slam panel have weird rubber plugs on them, which will get in the way of a socket unless you pull them off
