Which intake manifold for FMIC?

Hi, What it says at the top really? I’m kind of new to this so bear with me. I’m hoping to fit a front mount soon and just trying to gather a parts list. Which intake manifold would be best/make it easiest? It’s an xud by the way.

hi i used a xantia 1.9dt inlet as it flows better . but some use a adapter plate and their own manifold
