moving on from last weeks ---went back as still could not sit in a comfy seat/sofa without it hurting me ??? it turns out I have a broken/cracked rib on my chest bone thats loose ??

Fri: Finishing building a shed while weather permits
Sat: Chill out as have had a really busy few weeks & been away from home a lot. Watch Bath v Toulouse rugby. (Forecast is s**t so won't be feeling guilty about having my feet up).
Sun: Try to get motivated to get back on the mountain bike for the first time in ages.
Broken rib or broken sternum? Either way, very painful but not as serious as a back injury. Unfortunately they can't / don't do anything to fix them. It will get better with time though.
