Bosch pump rebuild!

Had a 9mm bosch pump spare and thought I'd rebuild it.
Have it a good degreasing yesterday and look at stripping it during the week. I'll post photos up shortly

good idea paul, get as many photos as you can and do a guide if you want?
got yourself a triangular socket for the odd bolts, or going to hack up an old 13mm socket? jus remember cleanliness is next to boschliness also, use of vaseline for holding components in place during assembly (pro pg tipz) swearing is optional, forcing components isn't - some will break under duress.

Great idea. Be good to see a proper guide done for it. I've just sorted the pump out on my 205. There not that bad to do i would say now once you've had a couple apart.
