I'm a bit stuck with re-assembling all this guys...
What's the best order to slot it all back together? I've put the ball joints in first and am then trying to get the PBush tight then the front bolt.
I read the GTi6 Guide again and perhaps I should strictly follow the reverse is removal etc etc. and have the order as
1. Tighten PBush
2. Tighten front bolt
3. Tighten ball joint
I'm having a whale of a time trying to wrestle it all back in there! It's not that easy is it? And I lost my 2 month old Gearbox oil through the whole thing flopping around on me  I also think I set my angle of the PBushes a bit too high (I'm lowered 30MM) so might try and flatten though angle to help get in back in there.
Just read to remove droplinks to help remove stress from the anti roll bar, and I have both sides jacked up equally too.
Just seen a G clamp might be needed to squash the PBush down to the chassis too.

put the balljoints in last mate, also as said before, take both the droplinks off, makes it a lot easier with the arb clamps. .. .

yeah flipping...must be a right ball ache trying to get it in with the ball joint first, no wonder ya struggling!

Got the drivers side in with Ball joint in first (but wouldn't recommend doing it that way!)
And had to remove the ball joint on passenger side to get it all slotted in, but the nice new greased ball joint just fell out when I undid the bolt so no risk damaging the new joint with the splitter.
Definitely recommend a big g clamp to squash the PBush down into place and then the roll bar mount on top of it after, that helped a lot!

yup worthy upgrade dont forget the m10 bolts though as they arnt std thread
