The rallye has a slow start up issue, turn the key the engine will try to turn over and the engine will do what sounds like a turn every two seconds. Does this like 2/3 times and then will fire. Also when cranking.
Sometimes almost seems like a dead battery.
Just the first of many problems to sort haha

		1. Check battery voltage at rest and while cranking.
2. Check to make sure battery cable that connects to starter is in good order and correctly fastened.
3. Check voltage drop between battery negative and engine block while cranking.
4. Check voltage drop between battery positive and starter (or alternator) positive terminal.
5. Report results back here for analysis and further crunching of available data.

I swear I messaged you! Oops haha
I'm gunna take a look at the starter tomorrow. Engine didn't run for 3 years so could be a starter issue
