A decent 10w40 will be fine

if your looking at tracking it maybe look at some racing fluids or an oil pressure gauge so you can see the oil failing

i wont be using Total 7000 quartz 10w40 on the track again even though its recommended by Peugeot
ive not had a problem with this oil on any of my road use cars though
