Things to do/car prep for Pugfest
|
So whats everyone doing/got to do to their car before Pugfest in a months time?
Me: Give it an oil service (done) Repaint callipers (rears done) Give it the best wash and polish its ever had Empty and hoover Fill the tank up for the 520 mile round trip excluding hill runs

Sand, spray and finish bonnet, spoiler, side strips, wing mirrors.
clean and wax. presto.....

Clean car. Apply more stickers. Install air freshener.

Fill with fuel, basic fluids check

Weld holes up
Fit new clutch Fit new suspension bushes Fit new tyres Get mot on car Fit gt20 Fit arp head studs And if I get chance Try and tidy body work

Drive to Bristol next weekend with family to check little ones ok with that distance. If so book tickets. Lol.

Fit new caliper and hose bleed brake system with 5.1 yet again Work out if i have a duff drive shaft finish paint on bonnet work out what im doing with a front plate see if I can find time to change the clutch

• Give the 106 a good clean inside and out
• Give it a good service • Fit the new beam • fit new rear pads and probably more

Not much did most of it getting it really for FCS. All That's left to do is finish carbon rap engine cover, silver parts of dash and fit white clock with blue lights to mach senter console.

paint FG bonnet and fit it
rebuild the rear beam buy/fit/modify to fit a new alloy rad fit oil cooler replace broken cv joint replace leaking gearbox seal replace starter bit more cleaning Wishes for more power...
