Couple of Engine Bay Queries

I spent a long time today trying to match up this piece to somewhere useful on the back of the engine bay. With no luck.


And also this hole to the left of the brake master cyl.


Any guidance really appreciated.
Should have the engine in soon once a few little mysteries are solved.

That hole is for the vacuum pipe between the servo and the inlet mani.

Not sure where that heatshield goes though, its not the one for the heater pipes. Possibly goes near the PAS rack?

picture one looks to me like a heat shield, and its rightfull place may become more apparent when you've got the lump.
Picture two, is the hole actually in the servo cylinder?.

The heat shield bolts onto the rear cam cover and the exhaust manifold. Hold up and ill find you a photo.

That outlet on the MC has a flexi hose on it going to a solid pipe along the bulk head then another flexi onto the vac pump on the head
