XUD11 2.1TD tightening torques

Hoping someone is around to help out

My autodata has gone corrupt for some reason...

I need tightening torques for the head on a XUD11

As in, manifolds, cam carrriers etc

be a huge help! many thanks!

Hope this helps. Couldn't work out how to print screen straight from auto data

Cylinder head
Maximum bolt length: 151,5 mm
Tighten: 20 Nm
Tighten: 60 Nm
Tighten: 180°
Other engine tightening torques
Main bearings Renew bolts/nuts: No
Main bearings Stage 1: 15 Nm
Main bearings Stage 2: 60°
Big end bearings Renew bolts/nuts: Yes
Big end bearings Stage 1: 20 Nm
Big end bearings Stage 2: 70°
Oil pump to cylinder block : 18 Nm
Sump bolts : 16 Nm
Sump drain bolt : 30 Nm
Flywheel/driveplate : 48 Nm Autodata Note
Clutch pressure plate : 20 Nm
Crankshaft pulley/damper centre bolt : 40 Nm+60°
Camshaft sprocket/gear : 43 Nm
Camshaft carrier/cap : 25 Nm
Camshaft/rocker cover : 8 Nm
Inlet manifold to cylinder head : 23 Nm
Exhaust manifold to cylinder head : 20 Nm
Injector/clamp : 90 Nm
Injector pipe unions : 23 Nm
Injector nozzle to holder : 130 Nm
Fuel/injection pump sprocket/gear : 50 Nm
Fuel/injection pump flange : 20 Nm
Fuel/injection pump mounting : 20 Nm
Glow plugs : 25 Nm
