My heaters are being strange. They blow air, directional is playing up. But they won't blow hot air unless I am giving it some beans. Which to says its not the matrix fooked?!
Recently bled the system no air in there.
Help please what could it be?

Would that make any difference? I've had two in there now, unless they have both been f*cked

Thermostat makes no difference as the feed for the heaters is before the stat.
When you say you give it some beans, do you mean high revs or drive it hard till it gets hot?

I've had a few stuck open and they never blew hot unless i kicked its head in. Then they would gradually go back to warm after driving normally.

Not the pump then.if I was you, take the matrix hoses off on the bulk head and stick a hose through one of the pipes. See if it comes through steady or you just get a trickle through. You MIGHT be able to blast through any crap but then you risk a leak

Blasting the matrix out may work but i think you need to change the matrix to fit it, i just did mine, cut the u bends off the old matrix and they are totally blocked with grit, and the direction problem you need to change the cables behind the dials or try bend them straight
