And even more pressing, why would anyone buy this.

Also how tremendously illegal must it be. If it ain't on the logbook, that means he's not paying the right insurance etc.

Why? Because its different. If we all liked the same stuff then the world would be an incredibly boring place.
No its not legal. Thats the owners problem. If the new owner has half an ounce of sense then they will get it sorted on the logbook asap.

My engine swap is declared to my insurer, they have the engine number too. I need to get round to telling the DVLA tbh.
