tighten the wastegate on the turbo,did you replace the gaske when you changed the turbo?

No didnt and il do that to waste gate

i doubt it is wastegate to be honest, you've probably got a manifold boost leak, they're only like 6 quid, you should have changed it really.

If i screwed turbo more would it boost harder with the leak ?

Il do that didnt relise how much boost u actually loose strugling to get 5 psi

you remember to reconnect the pipe going to intercooler from pump?
