Sod it, I'm getting a GTI-6 as soon as possible (very close to getting a permanent job with the company I'm temping for).
What confused me about your post is the whole bent seat frame thing though. Why not just swap the frame itself from another seat? Even just get the frame out of any old 3 door in the scrap yard?

It was a consideration but like I said, when I saw the current set up for sale in the condition they are in... I just had to have them

Not really an update, more of a pre update to what's to come. As anyone that is also over on club-306 will already know. I've purchased and am collecting a full throttle body set up complete with an omex management system this week.

Yeah, everything down to every bolt required to fit them and drive away. Will be putting it on a rolling road as soon as I can after fitting to get it running at its best. Can't wait

Was it mapped with the filters on or off, do you know? From everyone I've heard who has ITBs, it's VERY difficult to filter ITBs well, so they're usually mapped with them off, which means that if you place them on, they run lean
