just wanted to know, what people have used when they have re-furbished there own wheels, what sort of spray paint (brand)? what they have used to prep the wheel for spraying (sanding ect.)?

Nitromors, sand paper, etch primer, primer, paint (halfords will do) and lacquer.

Sand between each coat and clean throughly with plenty of drying time.

If you look in guides oil-buner did a very good guide.
