When im pulling away in first gear sometimes it feels like I'm being pulled back and just won't go, over reving aswel.. It's scary and causes me to panic! Is the clutch gone? Thanks x

Could be clutch slipping with the over revs, but pulling back? You left the hand break on? Tongue

If it were the clutch it would be more likely to be slipping in a higher gear wit higher load. Tom's probably spot on with the binding brake.
