Hi all some of you know that I picked up a 5 door hdi a few days ago. payee a bit more then I normally would, only due to the fact it already had a few nice modifications on it! Anyway the picture from the advert.

Looked ok, So I got her home a day late at around half 6. She only lived up the road a short walking distance, but to my amazement I've never seen her on the road before!
So the next day come.

sprayed the bonnet badge satin black. Fitted a set of flexi window wipers. Fitted a set of aftermarket side repeaters. Then smoked the rear lights. A set of mist jets but most importantly got rid of the bonnet spacers!!
Update in 10
So today me and the brother spend 4 hours detailing the car! Most the car got wet sanded with 1500 then polished with two coats od wax to finish her off. Some pictures

Does look the works! Was getting dark by the time we took the pictures so some didn't turn out to well!
Forgot to say i fitted a new back box as the straight through pipe was rotten! No difference in performance and no more farting sounds!!!!

Its ok got a few problems, one been the clutch cable the other been how stupidly low it is. But the main problem is vibration on low rpm, doing my head in. Will need to look at the condition of the drive shaft the weekend.
