ARP don't mention, they are the same as any other ARP headstuds. I'm not sure what you're getting at tbh, ARP are the industry standard when it comes to uprated head studs, they don't make them out of cheese.

In a word, yes

You'll be lifting the head on standard bolts like there is no tomorrow

Pretty adamant my 2052s lifted my head on brand new oem headbolts, never mind a vnt
