Sorry not your fault but sky are wankers! I was new customer had my tv installed. Day they was ment to install my broadband they never turned up. After many conversations the next available date they could install my broad band was a months time. So told them to shove it. Back to good old virgin

Sorry I wasn't slating you in anyway. I was more than happy to move to sky. I just wasnt happy with how they treated me as a new customer. The offers your offering are great. About £10 cheaper than what I was going to be paying.

Everyone I spoke to about the problem was very helpful. But its just they didn't turn up, sky wanted me to pay a fee for me missing the appointment. I had to loose a day of wages for it to be installed and they never turned up. Then they had the cheek to ask me to wait another month for the broadband. If theyd of offered to install it the next week id still have it now.

But like I said great offer!
