Hi there
I am a newbie to the sight. I put a new clutch into my 306 1.9 diesal 1998 and I had the battery disconnected for a week, and now it won't start, I suspect the ECU but don't know what to do about it, has anyone any suggestions please?

it hasnt got an ECU so it be hard to blame that.
does it turn over?
does it turn over quickly or sluggishly?
are the gearbox earths to chassis all back correctly?
did you wire up the glow plug relay ok?
did you touch the wiring to the pump at all?
(that should get you started)
